  ATC had me back on the road within 20 mins. I would have paid multiple hundreds but they charged me less than city bike shops charge for walking in the door.

  Terrible experience!!! The manager ?Tim was very rude. We initially asked for tandem bikes, and 2 minutes later we changed our mind to normal bikes and he made such a big deal about it. He then started complaining about us to another customer!!! Very unprofessional. The bikes we got were unsafe. 3km into the ride, the left pedal came off one of the bikes, and my friend almost fell off the bike!! We struggled for 30 minutes trying to screw it back in, but did not have the tools to fix it. We then had to wait another 30 minutes for someone to come and fix it. The manager would not refund $10 for a half day hire for the time we lost due to the pedal falling off!! I would NOT recommend this shop. The bike I hired had bald tires, the gears kept slipping, and the back tyre was very flat by the end of the trail. :-(

  They are real enthusiasts, who did'nt take advantage when it was apparent that given my situation and where i live, I'm unlikley to cross their door again.
