    Thankfully Hazel, Jenny, Sally and Dr Will from Urgent Care c/o Mansfield Hospital where fantastic. They took care of me. As did Guardian Pharmacy.

    I still can not believe how bad the experience was. Met many Drs caring for half my life and have never been treated so disrespectfully. Have all my personal information. Left feeling distressed.

    Spent more time copying my personal history than examination. Was grilled re medical history. Was told to drive back to Melbourne to collect what l left behind. Was told to me more responsible. Was told my 'story sounds believable'. On carers pension l paid $77 for interrogation. Referred by Pharmacy as they where worried about my Blood Pressure. Dr did not check as would be a waste of time. No one from Clinic replied to my email.
