  Placed an order and paid for an item to be delivered. Was suggested it could be next day. Never got delivered. First attempt at pick up by an operator saw him attend the address with no information. No one rang me about this I had to find this out myself. Second attempt apparently had the driver suggest that the item was not packaged for transport and did not pick it up. No one rang me. I had to find this out myself.

  Mansfield Express provide a fantastic and well priced service and are particularly helpful with somewhat complex and odd-ball consignments.

  Had a package sitting there for 2 weeks and no one bothered to contact me, it was returned to the Seymour depot where they then phoned me, it's now on it's way back to Mansfield. However the package was needed for a State Show run annually and the show ended on the 12th March, I was contacted that the package was at Seymour on the 20th March. Too late! Mansfield Express passed the buck, they clearly don't care about local service. Speaking with two other transport companies in Seymour they both expressed displeasure in Mansfield Express and that this is a common occurrence. DO NOT USE!

  It cost me an 8 Hour return drive to pick it up myself. In its original packaging. Should have done this in the first place.
